NIELS BORUP tjente en "hollandsk minister" og var IKKE tobaksskærer.
Hans kone Johanne hed IKKE Kirstine Johanne Larsdatter Clausen.

Hun hed JOHANNE MARCUSDATTER CLAUSEN, født 1744 i Nakskov (datter af bedemand, Marcus Clausen og hans 1. hustru).

Se deres vielse i Trinitatis sogn 1777
- og deres trolovelse 27. dec. 1776

Samt deres børn i samme sogn.

(ELISABETH SOPHIE NIELSDTR. BORUP er dog døbt i Helligånds sogn (16. april 1779)

Har endnu ikke fundet parrets død; men Enken JOHANNE BORUP lever endnu i 1809 i København

Og den rigtige Niels Borup har jeg kun set i FT1787

His wife Johanne was NOT named Kirstine Johanne Larsdatter Clausen.

Her name was JOHANNE MARCUSDATTER CLAUSEN, born 1744 in Nakskov (daughter of undertaker, Marcus Clausen and his 1st wife).

See their marriage in Trinitatis parish 1777
- and their betrothal 27. dec. 1776

As well as their children in the same parish.

(ELISABETH SOPHIE NIELSDTR. BORUP was baptized in the parish of the Holy Spirit (April 16, 1779)

Have not yet found the couple's death; but the widow JOHANNE BORUP still lives in 1809 in Copenhagen

And the real Niels Borup I have only seen in FT1787
