        2d Mch., 1735-6.
        To wife Sarah, extx. and hrs., 1/3 of dwelling plantation —– during
        widowhood, and 1-3 personal estate.
        To son John and hrs., dwell. plan. —–; sale of 20 A. “Marchet's Treasure,” bou.
        of Philip Conner, confirmed; and per sonalty; sd. son dying without issue sd.
        lands to son Abraham and hrs.
        To son Purnell and hrs., 50 A. which father —– had alienated from old Philip
        Conner, land and marah on N. side of a field known as Indian Field, and
        running W. to Wm. Conner's; sd. son dying without issue afsd. lands to son
        Obed and hrs.
        To daus. Mary Sturgess and Directer, personalty.
        To children, viz: Directer, Purnell, Abraham, Obed, Tabitha and Edith residue of
        estate equally.
        Test: Robert Scott, Isaac Bell, Thomas Maddux.
        Codicil 26 Nov. 1735. To son Purnell pt. of a certain tract of land bequeathed
        son John. To sons Abraham and Obed personalty.
